Dave,

You were my friend & a part of my family. As far back as I can remember you were always there... stupid things I did in school... when I got bit by that dog and made my way home with mangled fingers - you drove me to the hospital and you & my dad sat with me through it all. All the dumb names we used to come up with for eachother lol. I could go on & on haha. It hurt me very much to to watch you go through this and not be able to do anything about it... but I was there to do what I could just as you were there for me so many times. I know where you are right now your riding your bike again (let's just hope it's a "Honda" this time! lol ;-)

I'm proud to have called you my friend... Your missed greatly... Love you man...

Mark.
