YORK Henry H. Nyman, Jr., 68, of Springettsbury Township, died Thursday morning at his summer home on Lake Lanier, Georgia. He was the husband of Rochelle A. (Caouette) Nyman and they would have celebrated their 48th wedding anniversary, June 19th. Born May 16, 1944, in Gardner, Massachusetts, he was a son of the late Henry H. and Emma I. (Uppguard) Nyman. He was a graduate of Gardner High School, Gardner, Mass., and obtained a mechanical engineering degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology, Boston, Mass. During his career, he was a packaging engineer and retired as a divisional vice-president from Kerr Glass Manufacturing Corp. He was the owner of Sentinel Packaging Systems, Inc. and a former officer in the Society of Plastic Engineers. As an active member of Christ Lutheran Church of York, he served on church council, and many committees. His time and talents were spent with Junior Achievement and many various activities that supported his daughters and the community. In addition to his wife, Mr. Nyman is survived by three daughters, Deborah L. Concino, and her husband Joseph, of York, Andrea J. Hinkamper, and her husband Kevin, of Hampden, Massachusetts, and Stephanie A. Shearer, and her husband Andy, of Johns Creek, Georgia; eight grandchildren, Meghan, Natalie and J. Anthony Concino, Emma and Abigail Hinkamper, and Mackenzie, Sophia and Foster Shearer; and a sister, Christine DeVallet of Brattleboro, Vermont. A memorial service is scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday, April 27, 2013 at Christ Lutheran Church, 29 S. George St., York, with The Rev. Dr. J. Stewart Hardy, The Rev. Jerome A. Janisko, and The Rev. Patrick J. Rooney, STS, officiating. A reception with the family will immediately follow. Private entombment will be in the Church Columbarium. Kuhner Associates Funeral Directors, Inc., 863 S.
