I join the Crenshaw family in mourning the loss of a dear friend, a gentleman, a man of the people who lived an exemplary life.

Mr.Crenshaw not only loved and served his family, he served the City of York as a councilman and as a York County Planning Commission member.

To the Crenshaws, I ask you to celebrate Ray's life with pride because he was a man of honor, a peerless kinsman.

Prayers and comfort to the family during this difficult time. Mr. Crenshaw was a wonderful community leader and mentor who touched many lives. I feel blessed to have been in a special place to have him as my daughter's beloved Grandpop. His signature bright smile and sincere, kind words of wisdom will never be forgotten. I remember him with respect, fondness, love and great appreciation for all he did for his family and the community. I am proud and so very thankful to have know Mr. Raymond Crenshaw.
