Amanda Olsufka Obituary
York - Amanda Lynn Olsufka, 31, entered into the arms of the Lord on February 25, 2021 at her home. Born on March 28, 1989 in Havelock, NC to Daniel J. and Lisa (Morris) Olsufka.
In addition to her parents, Amanda leaves to cherish her memory, her brother, Joshua Olsufka of Lincoln, NE; nephews, Cannon and Gryphon of Lincoln, NE; maternal grandmother, Dr. Rita Poth of Ohio; paternal grandmother, Rose Marie Olsufka of NE; aunt, Laurie Wireman (Dan) of Naples, FL; godmother, Billie Walk (Paul) of Battle Creek, MI; aunts and uncles, Mary, Kathy (Jim), Steve (Theresa), Mike (Brenda), John (Julie), Paul (Barb) and David all of Nebraska; many cousins and friends whom she loved dearly. She was preceded in death by her son, Lukas Bailey; maternal grandfather, Robert Poth; paternal grandfather, Leonard Olsufka, and baby cousin, Alizea Jurgens.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 5, 2021 at Strinestown Cemetery at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers please make a donation in Amanda's memory to March of Dimes or Golden Paws Assistance Dogs, 3173 Horseshore Drive South, Naples, FL 34104. Gladfelter Funeral Home, Inc. is entrusted with the arrangements.

Amanda and I worked for the same company - and while we did not work closely together - i certainly knew who she was! She had a personality and spirit that was huge and bold and bright! Every interaction that i had with her left me smiling and walking away thinking that she would be so much fun to hang out with. I was deeply saddened to hear the news and send my deepest sympathies to all who she loved the most.

My Deepest sympathies. To Lisa and Dan my heart breaks for you . I want you to know how Amanda loved you so very much she was always telling us story’s about going home to shot BB guns with her Dad and spending time walking the beaches with you and enjoying every conversation with her mom and best friend . I thank God for being blessed to have a friend as great as her who looked out for me when I was at my lowest and had some of the best adventures of my life with Amanda was loyal honest and true to her self which I can’t say for many others I have encountered so far in my life time . She will be ever missed but never forgotten. She was always trying her hardest to make you proud it was her biggest worry deep down I know she did just that. There is not enough light in this world and sadly it’s grown darker with her passing but her memories will shine on forever in our hearts .
