Kenneth Wolf Obituary
West York
Kenneth Monroe Wolf, 84, left us to meet the Lord on September 2, 2017. He was born in East Berlin, on October 29, 1932. A celebration of his life will be held 11 a.m. on Friday September 8, 2017 at St. Paul's Wolf's ECC, 4501 Wolf's Church Road, York.
Ken is survived by a loving wife of 59 years, Opal V. Wolf. He is also survived by four children, Deb Stram and husband, Dave, Vickie Chronister and husband, Rod, Connie Sheely and husband, Mark, and John Wolf. Ken thoroughly enjoyed his grandchildren, Anthony Wisman and wife, Jenn, Troy Stram, Taylor Sheely, Adam Sheely, Emily Wolf; great-granddaughter, Natalie Wisman. He is also survived by brother, Chester. Ken was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Richard and Adam.
Ken served his country during the Korean War, worked construction after getting married, and spent 27 years at Caterpillar as an electrician before retirement. Ken was active in his church teaching Sunday School and Vacation Bible School, served on Consistory, and donated many hours to the care and upkeep of the church's picnic grove.

Ken was always a good mentor in life to us years coming up the mountain to hunt. We was children I always look forward to the guys visit. Grandma Ruth and Uncles, Father did to. Very gentle, kind and funny gentlemen

Ken always had a smile on his face. He loved people and was always willing to help anyone who needed help. In his earlier years at SRCA he volunteered when he could for what ever reason.
Ken will be missed by everyone. RIP dear friend.
