Elizabeth Cummings Obituary

Elizabeth Ann Cummings, 74, of Wellton, passed away on Wednesday, June 11, 2013 in Yuma, Arizona. Elizabeth was born to Melvin and Margueritte Coulter on March 27, 1939 in Carthage, Illinois. She graduated from Chandler High School in 1957 and started her career at Arizona Public Service in Phoenix, Arizona. In 1961 she married Jeddie J Judd and moved to Fillmore, Utah for 10 years. When they went their separate ways, she then moved back to Arizona and resumed her career of 28 years for APS. She married Don "Steve" Cummings in 1972.

Liz was preceded in death by her son, Gregory S. Judd, and recently her husband, Steve Cummings on May 26, 2013. She is survived by her brother, Tommy (Jeannie) Coulter; daughter, Melanie Millner (Danny); son, Casey Cummings; grandchildren, Jaron Millner (Tiffany), Kellie Plessinger (Garrison), Drew Millner, Chase and Chad Jameson, and great-grandchild, Jaevin Millner.

Services will be held 10:00am on Saturday, July 20, 2013 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Wellton, Arizona. Her final resting place will be in Fillmore, UT. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Special Olympics-Yuma, 16855 Ave A, Somerton, AZ 85350.

She was a mother to me growing up. She was an inspiration to me musically and was enchantingly beautiful. I have a very special place in my heart for her. Love her very much!!!!

To THE sweetest soul I have ever encountered in my life .... Words can't express the sadness I feel from her loss. Comforting thoughts to family.
