Mrs Kathleen Crooks of Bolsover has passed away at Cliff House Nursing Home, aged 96.
Born in Chesterfield and a lifelong local resident, Kathleen worked at Metal Box until her son was born, later she worked as a mid-day supervisor, then school cook.
She enjoyed baking, knitting and sewing.
Kathleen was predeceased by her husband Wilfred. She leaves son David and daughter-in-law Anne, grandchildren David and Sarah, great-grandchildren Gracie and Frankie.
The funeral service takes place on Friday, November 7, 2025, Chesterfield Crematorium, at 12.10pm.
