Sylvia Scarborough of West Croft Close, Youlgreave has passed away at home, aged 90 years.
Born in Darley Dale, Sylvia was a lifelong resident of the area. Prior to retirement, Sylvia worked as a shop assistant at Brocklehurst Gents Outfitters.
Her hobbies included travelling, gardening, quiz shows, crosswords and puzzles.
Sylvia leaves her nephew Richard, his wife Tracy and their children and grandchildren.
Funeral service to be held at All Saints' Church, Youlgreave on Tuesday, November 25, 2025 at 11.00am.
Donations in Sylvia's memory are invited for the British Heart Foundation and may be sent c/o Thomas Greatorex and Sons, 29 Knowleston Place, Matlock, DE4 3BU (01629 582470).
