Sadly passed away
aged 22 years at the
Lister Hospital on 19th May.
A much-loved son who will be dearly missed by his parents, Chris & Denise and by all who knew and loved him.
The funeral service will take place at
St Mary's Church, Hitchin on
Thursday 19th June at 11am.
Please wear brightly coloured clothing.
Family flowers only.

Jake and I worked together at Sense. He taught me so much. From IT things I never knew before, to being grateful for everyday life.
Whenever I was to knowingly work with Jake, I would wear stripes to match him. He had such a wonderful, cheeky character and made so many people smile every day!
The only times I ever saw Jake look truly upset was if ever we watched Toy Story 2, or if ever we were listening to Alexa; the song 'When she loved me' played. The lyrics were clearly listened to and got a genuine reaction of raw emotion from Jake. "When somebody loved me
Everything was beautiful
Every hour we spent together
Lives within my heart".
Jake lives within all the hearts that had any interaction with him. He will be fondly remembered for his love of YouTube clips of Jake Gyllenhaal, Hugh Jackman, or SuperNanny Jo. It was a privilege to hear him mimic the characters with such glee.
I will think of Jake each time I ask Alexa to play disney songs. I will especially think of him on his birthday; I'm fortunate enough to have shared with him, and I'm so sorry he wasn't able to celebrate it this year.
