Adam Macrae Obituary
MACRAE ADAM, Suddenly passed away at his home on Tuesday 17th July 2018. Beloved son of the late Sally Gaskell and Vincent Macrae. Loving Grandson of John and Sandra. Caring brother of Daniel and Niall. Nephew of Steve.
Adam will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.
His funeral service will be held at Carleton Crematorium on Monday 6th August at 3:30pm. Colourful colours to be worn at families request.
Family flowers only please. Donations maybe made in Adam's memory to Trinity Hospice.
