Retired lecturer in performing arts at Blackpool and The Fylde College, and examiner at LAMDA.
He will be greatly missed by his loving family, many friends,
and colleagues.
Private Funeral Service will take place at Lytham Park Crematorium on Thursday August 13th, 2020
at 11:30am. Family flowers only please, donations if so desired

I´m so sorry to read this, I was just reminiscing to myself about my time as a drama student at Lytham St Anne´s college of FE, and thought to look up Brian and came across this obituary . Some of the best days of my life were spent at college, Brian was my tutor for nearly 3 years in the early 70s, along with Ms Moran aka Ann Aris. He was such a kind, gentle and tolerant man, and he taught me so much. I´m truly saddened to learn of his passing.

Brian was a wonderful lecturer and I particularly recall his fondness for his Language of Theatre class which he taught with such passion and enthusiasm. I benefitted greatly from his teaching and some of the best days of my life where spent on the BTEC Performing Arts course . I am greatly saddened to hear of his passing and my condolences go to his family, friends and colleagues at this sad time.

I have fond memories of my time at St.Annes college in the late 70s as a drama student with Brian. He was a great teacher and a lovely person. So sorry to hear of his death and my thoughts are with all his family and many friends and colleagues at this sad time.
