JOHNSTON Cyril David Dave, passed away peacefully in Victoria Hospital on Sunday
April 17th 2016, aged 69 years.
Loving father and a devoted artist. Service to be held at Park Crematorium, Lytham St Annes on Friday May 6th at 3pm.
