Passed away peacefully in Victoria Hospital on Sunday October 21st 2012, aged 57 years. The very dearly loved partner of Michelle, devoted dad of Vicky and Jenny, beloved son of Joyce and the late Edward and a loving brother of Michael and the late David and Gary. "Our broken teddy bear." Funeral service to be held at Emmanuel Church, Warrenhurst Road, Fleetwood on Friday November 2nd at 1.15pm followed by cremation at Carleton Crematorium.
