Donald 'Jack' BEM
Died peacefully at Clifton Hospital, Lytham St Annes, on 24th October 2025, aged 92.
He served in the RAF from 1951 to 1974, during which time he was awarded the BEM.
After buying a house in Lytham in 1973, Donald then worked for Panavia in Munich, Germany, on the Tornado (formerly known as Multi Role Combat Aircraft) Project until 1984, before moving back to Lytham and buying the Towlers removal company;
he retired as Company Director in 1996.
Donald is survived by his two sons, Mark and Iain.
A funeral service will be held at the Holy Trinity Church, Rotherhithe, London, SE16 5HF, at 1.30pm on Thursday 13th November 2025.
