Leonard-Smith Helen Passed away peacefully with
her family by her side at
Blackpool Victoria Hospital on November 7th 2021.
Helen, aged 56 years,
of Poulton-le-Fylde.

Much loved daughter of Bob and the late Helen, dearly loved sister of Paul, Dave and the late Mark, a loving sister-in-law, aunty and great-aunty, also
a dear friend to many.

Funeral Service to be held at
The Parish Church of
Poulton-le-Fylde (St. Chad)
on Friday December 10th at
12 noon, followed by a private burial at Poulton New Cemetery.
