Passed away peacefully on Sunday 17th January 2016 in the care of Trinity Hospice with his loving family by his side. Jack aged 79 years. Special husband of Gina, loving dad of Bev, Lorraine, Stephen, Lisa and Jamie, also a treasured grandad and great grandad. Jack will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all who knew him. His funeral service will take place at Lytham Park Chapel on Wednesday 27th January 2016 at 12 noon followed by interment at Lytham Park Cemetery.
