Suddenly in Victoria Hospital on Thursday, December 10, 2009, Jade, aged 17 years, also her twin boys Joshua and Jordan who were born asleep on December 6 and 7, 2009. Dearly loved daughter of Collette and John, loving sister of Marie, Nicky and Dean and much loved granddaughter of Tina. Her funeral service will be held at St Christopher's Church, Blackpool on Wednesday, December 23, 2009 at 11.15am prior to crema-tion at Park Crematorium Lytham.
