Special thanks to Ward 23 B.V.H. Doctors and staff, all at patient transport, without all their help I could not have done what I did over the last years, also Royal Preston Hospital. Thank you to Tony, Karen, staff and friends at The Beach Terrace Cafe for continued support, The Chadwick Hotel for the buffet which was very well done and for looking after us all.
Reverend Peter Law-Jones for the lovely service he gave. Eddie, Roland and Dawn for the wonderful way in which they dealt with me and my family during the last few weeks, very, very dignified.
