Will be deeply missed by sister Dinah and all his loving
family and many friends.

Service and cremation to be held at Carleton Crematorium on Tuesday August 8th 2017 at 3:30pm. Family flowers only please, donations if so desired to Brian House Children's Hospice,
in memory of Maisy Hughes.
