Surrounded by his loving family Pat passed away on Wednesday March 23rd 2011. Beloved husband to Sally, adored dad to Anna and Tricia, a dearly loved grandad to Caitlin and Luke.
We lost a man with a heart of gold,
How much we miss him can never be told,
He shared our troubles and helped us along,
If we follow his footsteps we will never go wrong,
We miss you from your fireside chair,
Your loving smile and gentle air,
Your vacant place no one can fill,
We miss you and always will,
He was a man so very rare,
Content in his home and always there,
On earth he toiled in heaven he rests.
God Bless you, you were the best.
Patrick will be received into St Monica's Church on Thursday March 31st at 4pm. His funeral mass will be held on Friday April 1st at 9.30am, prior to committal at Lytham Park Crematorium at 11am.
