After a brave fight, it is with great sadness to announce the passing of Sarah, who peacefully fell asleep surrounded by her loving family, in the loving care of The Royal Preston Hospital on Saturday, 9th November, 2013, aged 16 years. A cherished daughter of Julie and Gerry, a devoted sister of Louise, Kirsty, David, Thomas and Nikita, a much loved grand-daughter of Brenda and Eric and nana Christine and a dear aunty, cousin and God-daughter.

Sarah will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.

Funeral service will take place at St. Pauls Church, Fleetwood, on Friday, 22nd November, at 12.30 pm. Prior to interment at Fleetwood Cemetery at 2 pm. The family request everyone who had the pleasure to have known Sarah to attend the church but to respect their wish for a family only private burial.
