Peacefully in the Royal Blackburn Hospital on 14th January 2026, after a sudden, short illness, Carole aged 72 years. Dear partner of Billy, most precious and adored mum of Danielle, dearest mother-in-law to Tom also, a cherished grandma, loving sister, sister-in-law, auntie, cousin and lovely friend who will be sadly missed by everyone. Carole's service and cremation will be held at Burnley Crematorium on Wednesday, 28th January at 10.45am. Family flowers only, donations are being received to The Stoke Association, c/o and all inquiries to Alderson and Horan Funeral Service, 128 Rossendale Road, Burnley, BB11 5DH.
