Charlotte passed away peacefully, at Royal Blackburn Hospital,
aged 78 years, with her loved
ones by her side.
Beloved wife of Andrew.
Cherished mum of
Amy and Duncan.
Much loved Nana to Lily, Jude, Philip, Emily, Patrick and Robbie and Great Nana to Chloe,
Leo and Andy.
A funeral service will take place on Tuesday 11th February at Burnley Crematorium 2.30pm.
Family flowers only but if desired donations are being received for The National Rheumatoid
