Peacefully passed away in her sleep at the Royal Blackburn Hospital on 13th May 2025 aged 72 years. A much-loved mum to Julie, a dear mother-in-law to Brian,
a sister-in-law to Sharon and a special friend to many who will be sadly missed. At rest in the Alderson and Horan Funeral Home. Doreen's funeral will take place on Wednesday, 28th May at Burnley Crematorium at 12.15pm. Family flowers only, donations are being received to Pendleside Hospice, c/o and all inquiries to Alderson and Horan Funeral Service, 128 Rossendale Road, Burnley, BB11 5DH.
