Hazel, aged 81 years.
The loving wife of David,
dearly loved mother of Mark
and Ben, much loved Sister
of June, beloved grandma to
Henry, Ollie and Dylan and
friend to many.
The funeral will take place
on Thursday 23rd October
at 1.40pm at Accrington Crematorium, followed by a celebration of Hazel's life at
the Calf's Head, Worston.
