Sadly died peacefully on Tuesday 16th September 2025, aged 87 years.
Hazel, previously the Mayoress of Padiham, the first person to be presented with a Pride in Padiham Community Service Award, will be greatly missed by family, friends and the community.
A funeral service
will take place 12:20pm on
Tuesday 30th September at Accrington Crematorium.
Family flowers only,
but donations if desired will be greatly accepted on behalf of Padiham Community Fund.
