Dr Hla Myint Peacefully in the Royal Blackburn Hospital on Tuesday, July 12th, 2011, aged 86 years, the dearly loved husband of Gillian (Gill), loving father of Jane and Anna, father-in-law to Simon and Richard, adoring grandpa to Maya, Flora, Amber, Thomas and Chloe, and a very dear brother and uncle Saya Gyi to many in the Burmese Community.
At rest in the Alderson and Horan Funeral Home. The funeral cortege will leave from Dr Myat's home on Friday, August 12th at 1 p.m. for service and cremation at Burnley Crematorium at 1-20 p.m. There are no flowers by request, however donations if so desired are being received for the Burma Campaign U.K., c/o and all inquiries to Alderson and Horan Funeral Services, 128 Rossendale Road, Burnley.
