Peacefully in The Royal Blackburn Hospital on Sunday 18th January 2026 with family by her side Joan aged 82 years. Beloved and devoted wife to the late Terry, much loved mum to Sean and Colette, loved grandma and great grandma, also a dear friend and neighbour who will be sadly missed. At rest in the Alderson and Horan Funeral Home, Joan's funeral cortege will leave from Oaklands Nursing Home on Thursday 29th January at 1.00pm for service and interment at Burnley Cemetery at 1.30pm. Family flowers only, donations are being received to the British Heart Foundation and The Stroke Association, c/o and all inquiries to Alderson and Horan Funeral Service, 128 Rossendale Road, Burnley, BB11 5DH.
