Peacefully in the Royal Blackburn Hospital on 5th December 2024, after a short illness, Bob aged 89 years. The dearly beloved husband of the late Dorothy, much-loved dad of Mark and wife Gill, special loving grandad of Bethany, Joseph and Anthony, brother of Jean, brother-in-law to John and respected friend who will be sadly missed. At rest in the Alderson and Horan Funeral Home. Bob's funeral cortege will leave from his own home on Monday, 23rd December at 1.15pm for service and cremation at Burnley Crematorium at 1.45pm. Flowers welcome or donations if desired are being received to Pendleside Hospice, c/o and all inquiries Alderson & Horan Funeral Service, 128 Rossendale Road, Burnley BB11 5DH.
