Stanley Frederick On Tuesday, September 8th, 2009, peacefully at the Hilton Rest Home, Padiham, the Rev. Stanley Frederick Dowding, formerly Vicar of St Marys, Nelson and Rural Dean, the much loved husband of Winifred Sylvia, dearly loved father of John, Mary and Hilary and a dear grandad, great-grandad and great great-grandad.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 18th at St Leonards Church Padiham at 1-30 p.m. prior to cremation at Burnley Crematorium at 2-20 p.m. The Rev. M. Jones will officiate.
