On Monday 7th July, Rob,
aged 87 years, of Elkstones, formerly of Buxton, a Fleet Air Arm Carrier Fighter Pilot, took his "final flight" and passed away with family by his side.
An adored husband of Liz, a dearly loved dad and friend, treasured grandpa, brother and brother in law.
Rob was quiet, modest and
extremely competent.
A service will be held at
St. John's Church, Elkstones, on Wednesday 30th July at 10.30am followed by a cremation at
Macclesfield Crematorium.
Will those wishing to attend please
meet at the Church.
No flowers please, by request.
Donations, if desired, will be for the care of Midlands Air Ambulance.
