MRS JEAN Calladine (82), of Langwith Lodge Care Home, The Park, Nether Langwith, was cremated at Mansfield, after a service at Shirebrook Methodist Church.
Born at Langwith and educated at Model Village School, Shirebrook, she was a life-long resident of the area.
She was a shop assistant and retired from Moon's Bakery in the mid-1980s.
Her interests reading, listening to music, watching television, especially soaps and animal programmes and when she was more able loved long walks with her daughter's dog.
Mrs Calladine, who died at King's Mill Hospital, Sutton, leaves her daughters, Irene and Jannine and grandaughters Nichola and Lorraine.

Kane and staff of Recreation Road Store), Drs F. and E. Barratt, Mrs J. Vinson, Mr W. Warren Snr, Mr W. Warren.
Floral tributes were from Mr and Mrs D. Spade, Mrs F. Measures and family, Mr and Mrs G. Taylor, Mr and Mrs P. A. Jagus, Miss J. Calladine, Miss N. Jagus, Mr and Mrs J. Brooks.
The service was conducted by Rev B. Greenwood, and arrangements were by F. Coope & Sons.
