J. WISTOW

Family and friends joined together for the service at Mansfield crematorium chapel which preceded cremation of retired company secretary Mrs Jean Wistow (62), of Millers Way, Kirkby.
Born at Sheffield, Mrs Wistow was educated at Sherwood Hall School, Mansfield, and had lived locally for more than 50 years.
She was company secretary at Brittain Jewellers, Portland Square, Sutton, from 1983 until her retirement.
A member of Alowa Golf Club, Marbella, Spain, Mrs Wistow was a past member and president of the Inner Wheel Club at Sutton, and first secretary of Sutton Support Group at the John Eastwood Hospice.
Mrs Wistow, who died at King's Mill Hospital, Sutton, leaves her husband, Mr Jim Wistow, step-son Mark and daughter-in-law Belinda and two grandchildren, Beth and Luke.
