Mr Alan Saunders of Lums Hill Rise, Matlock has passed away at home aged 76 years.
Born in Loughborough, Alan was a resident locally for 50 years. In his working life, Alan was self employed and owned Matlock Cash Registers.
Alan's hobbies included cash registers, dancing, chairman of the Edgefold Club, Matlock darts and dominoes, bingo calling and computers.
Alan leaves his wife Irene, daughters Verna, Claire and Joan along with five grandchildren and one great-grandson.
Alan's funeral will be held at Holy Trinity Church, Tansley on Friday, March 27, 2026, at 2pm followed by cremation at Amber Valley Crematorium.
