Mr Anthony (Tony) Britton of Lower Pilsley has passed away aged 76, at Chesterfield Royal Hospital on January 20, 2026.
Born in Annesley Woodhouse, he was a resident of the Chesterfield area for over 40 years.
Tony was an Engineer from 1967 until his retirement in 2013.
His interests included walking, reading, photography, and DIY.
Tony was predeceased by his beloved wife Carole in 2004. He leaves son Ben and daughter Samantha.
The funeral service will be held at St John the Baptist Church, Ault Hucknall on February 24, at 2pm.
