Mr Brian Geoffrey Addy of Walton, Chesterfield has passed away at home on September 23, 2025, aged 79.
Born in Rotherham and a resident locally for 45 years, Brian was a Coal Board Engineer.
His interests included golf, lawn bowls and walking.
Brian leaves his wife Susan, son Carl, daughter Kate, grandchildren Oliver, Daisy and Mya.
The funeral service takes place on Monday, October 20, Chesterfield Crematorium, at 2.30pm.

Condolences from 6th cousin (2x removed). Mary Ann Addy/Lewis/Lomax was my Maternal Great Grandmother. My Mother, Patricia Lewis/Evans, b. 1937 (Moorfields, 7 Hall Road) Rotherham, passed at 4:05am 9/29/2025. I have submitted DNA to Ancestry.com. Would be happy to make contact.
