Brian Tomlinson Obituary
Mr Brian Tomlinson, of North Road, Calow, has died at Chesterfield Royal Hospital, aged 74.
Born at Chesterfield and a lifelong resident of the area, he was a retired coal miner.
Known as Brush, Mr Tomlinson played indoor games, darts and dominoes for Hady MW Club and the Anvil at Calow in his younger years. He was also a member of Hady and Calow Club.
He enjoyed old time dancing at Calow Club and watching sports on television.
A family man, he enjoyed spending time with all his family, grandchildren and great-granddaughters .
He leaves two sons, David and Andrew, three daughters, Linda, Debbie and Lisa, eight grandsons, eight granddaughters and three great-granddaughters .
Cremation at Chesterfield takes place on Friday at 11.10am.
