Duckmanton
Carolyn Davies of Ravensworth care home, Duckmanton, passed away September 23, 2025, aged 83.
Born in Chesterfield, lifelong local resident Carolyn worked as a Slimming World consultant, she also worked for Securicor, AGD and Our Lady of the Wayside Care home.
Carolyn enjoyed drawing, painting, line dancing, lunching with her friends and family, she enjoyed watching game shows and loved the tv series NCIS.
She leaves her husband Terry Davies, her daughters Stella Minter and Gwen Hopkinson, her grandchildren Tyler Hopkinson and Nathan Minter and her great grandchildren Scarlett, Ivan, Edward, Lewis and Emelia.
The funeral service takes place at
B Hattersley & Sons Service Chapel on Tuesday, October 21, at 10am.
Bright colours to be worn if possible.
Donations in Carolyn's memory will go to Alzheimer's Society.
