Mr David Anthony Woodward of Wingerworth has passed away at Chesterfield Royal Hospital, on November 7, 2025, aged 75.
Born in Chesterfield and a resident of Chesterfield for 43 years, having spent 32 years in Norfolk. David was a retired quality engineer, working across various companies in Derbyshire, Norfolk and Surrey, until 2014.
His interests included sudoku, walking, cafe visits, holidays and motor racing.
David leaves his wife Brenda, son Paul, grandchildren Jake and Scott, brother Michael, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews.
The funeral service takes place on Wednesday, December 10, Chesterfield Crematorium, at 11.30am.
