Mr Frank Sellars, of Holmgate, Clay Cross has passed away at Chesterfield Royal Hospital, aged 71.
Born in North Wingfield and a lifelong local resident, Frank was a miner for 37 years, then worked at Fusion for three years and was a security guard until his retirement.
His interests included fishing, holidays, Northern Soul music, spending time with his family, especially with his great-grandchildren.
Frank leaves his wife June, daughters Kay and Mandy, son-in-law Neil, daughter-in-law Kay, grandchildren Cerys, Lewis and Jodie, great-grandchildren Olly, Isla and Rhylee, sister Susan, brother Peter. He was predeceased by grandson Luke.
The funeral service takes place on December 9, 2025, Chesterfield Crematorium, at 12.10pm.
