George Kennel Obituary
Mr George Kennel, of Hollingwood, has passed away at Chesterfield Royal Hospital, aged 85.
Born at Holland Road, Old Whittington and a lifelong resident of the area, he worked in the foundry at Staveley Works for over 50 years.
He was a committee member of Brimington Club, enjoyed gardening and horse racing.
George leaves his wife Rose, children Linda, Robert, Philip and Margaret, nine grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, plus and extended family.
The funeral service takes place on Tuesday 23rd August 2016, Chesterfield Crematorium, at 11.10am.
Family flowers only, donations to Bluebell Wood Hospice.
