Mrs Gladys Powell of Eckington. Passed away at Cliff House Nursing Home aged 96 years.Born in Eckington and a life-long resident of the area.Gladys was a housewife,her hobbies included sewing, watching quiz programmes and playing bingo.Mrs Powell was the wife of the late Bernard. She leaves son Barry, daughter-in-law Joyce, her sister Lilly, grandchildren Dale, Julie and Marie, six great-grandchildren and four great-great granchildren.The Funeral took place on Wednesday May 11, 2016 at Chesterfield Crematorium.
