J. Nicholson

Mr John Condy Nicholson, of Staveley, has died at the Northern General Hospital, Sheffield, aged 73.
Born at Ilford, Essex, and a resident of this area for 52 years, he worked as a steel worker at Chesterfield Tube Works until retiring 18 years ago.
A family man first and foremost, Mr Nicholson enjoyed reading and listening to music.
He leaves a widow, Mavis Ann, son John and daughter Laura.
Cremation at Chesterfield takes place tomorrow (Friday) at 11.50am.
