Jacob was a Chef, having enjoyed working around Chesterfield, the Peak District, the Lake District, Devon and Cornwall.
His interests included most sports, especially rugby, horse racing and music.
Jacob leaves his mum Liz, loving brother Matthew, dad Tim, and Bridget.
A direct cremation will take place.
