Mrs Jessie Beardsley
Belper
Lifelong resident Mrs Jessie Beardsley passed away at home, aged 81 years.
Jessie worked as a machinist at Brettles from leaving school. After having her family she worked part time at Blounts - Belper, she also did home work from local factory packing tights. She also worked in the evening at Parkray Foundry. Jessie's last job was at Crosskeys, Turnditch, before retiring.
Jessie loved gardening and growing tomatoes and cucumbers, meeting her friends on a Saturday Lunch time at George's Fish and Chip shop, and spending time with all her family.
Jessie is predeceased by her husband Brian Beardsley, brother Raymond Bloor, mother Mimi Bloor and father Raymond Bloor. She leaves behind her brother Mick Bloor, her daughters Sharon Sharrod and Kim White, grandchildren Sarra, Sophie, Jess, Bry, Chels, Harley, Finley and Bradley, great grandchildren Maison, Lily, Rio, Harriot, Evie, Gracie, Daisie, Rueben, Ebony and Frank, and nephew Jack Bloor.
The funeral will take place on
30th September at 12 midday at Swanick Crematorium.
