Mrs Joyce Burt of Ridgewood Care Home, Dukes Drive, Chesterfield has passed away on January 3, 2026, aged 94.
Born in Chesterfield and a lifelong local resident, Joyce was a clerical worker at Sheepbridge Works.
Her interests included crosswords, W.I., family, holidays and the church.
Joyce was predeceased by her husband Derek. She leaves daughter Judith and son-in-law Dave, grandchildren Rachael and Jonathan, great-grandchildren Freya, Max, William and Lydia.
The funeral service takes place on Thursday, January 29, Chesterfield Crematorium, at 2.15pm.
