I remember the immense kindness and thoroughly professional service I received from Mrs Bingham when I took my films to Boots when working professionally some years ago. Those who quip the old adage: `things ain´t what they used to be´ are absolutely spot-on. I´ve heard reports of a caring and hard working councillor, showing that the dedicated sense of service continued after her lamented, but well deserved retirement.
