Mrs June Peternel (née Wright), of Evershill Close, Morton, Derbyshire, has passed away at Chesterfield Royal Hospital,
March 7, 2023, aged 87.
Born in Morton, Derbyshire and a lifelong local resident, June worked for Home Help until she retired in 1993.
Her interests included gardening, reading, pub quizzes, knitting, jigsaw and holidays with her family.
June was predeceased by husband Alojz, she leaves behind three sons, three daughters, six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. The funeral service takes place Monday, March 27, 2023, Amber Valley Memorial Park and Crematorium, at 12 noon.
Donations in memory of June are welcome to the Air Ambulance.
