Mr K. Vaughan
New Tupton Mr Keith Allan Vaughan, of Nethermoor Road, New Tupton, Chesterfield, has died at Clay Cross Community Hospital, aged 71.
Born at Chesterfield and a resident of the Tupton area for 34 years, he was a miner from the age of 15 then went on to work as a caretaker and handyman at Stretton House for ten years. Mr Vaughan loved all sports, both
watching and taking part, he was also a keen gardener and in later life took an interest in photography, but his main enjoyment was spending time with his family.
He leaves a widow, Judith Ann, daughters Marie Lye and Michelle Greaves and grandchildren Stuart, Melissa, Chelsie and Briony.
Cremation at Chesterfield takes place Friday, September 23, at 10.30am.
