Mr Kenneth William Astell, of Old Whittington, has passed away aged 91.
Born in Chesterfield and a lifelong local resident, apart from during his military service, Kenneth was a long distance lorry driver.
His interests included crown green bowls and Chesterfield Football Club.
Kenneth was predeceased by his wife Amy. He leaves sons and daughter; Anthony, Margaret and Philip, five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
The funeral service takes place on Friday, February 16, 2024, Chesterfield Crematorium, at 2.30pm.
